I want to see more young women holding a fish than holding their camera in front of a bathroom mirror doing a selfie.

Sarah Palin.

Well, it’s an odd fetish, but whatever you’re into, Ms. Palin. And don’t worry. I’m sure there are plenty of websites available for you to get your fix. Ag

I assume conversations like this happened a lot during pre-production of "The Amazing Spider-Man"

  • Exec 1: You know what the kids like these days? The skateboarding!
  • Director: What?
  • Exec 2: Oh yeah! My kids were all into the skateboarding and the Tony Hawk and what have you!
  • Director: ...how old are your chi...
  • Exec 1: So what we're thinking is, "What if we worked in a skateboarding montage!?"
  • Exec 2: Yeah, like he's stumbling just to do a simple jump at first but then, with appropriate music to support it, he keeps learning better and better tricks!"
  • Director: ...but we already had him doing those crazy ninja moves as soon as he first gets his powers. Like seconds later. Why would he be having trouble with skateboarding?
  • Exec 2: ...
  • Exec 1: ...
  • Director: ...
  • Exec 2: Skateboarding is very popular.

Sick Sad World of the Day: Richard Lewis Ludwig, an Okemos, Michigan resident visiting his son in Florida, was charged by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office with credit-card theft and forgery after using a credit card he stole from a college student to purchase two large pizzas.
From The Orlando Sentinel:

The victim, Harrun Majeed of Davenport, dropped his credit card in the parking lot of a Publix at 2424 Sand Mine Road in Davenport on Saturday evening. Majeed, a military veteran studying at a community college, realized the card was gone when he got home and called to cancel it.While on the phone with the credit-card company, a representative told Majeed someone had used the card to make a purchase at Mia Pizza Pasta Kitchen, in the same plaza as the Publix where Majeed lost his card. Majeed immediately called the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.

It gets much worse: Ludwig not only had $250 in his wallet at the time of the purchase, but when asked if he was motivated by financial trouble, the 54-year-old dentist responded “absolutely not,” adding that his net worth was in the millions.

Yeah…the rich in this country aren’t out of touch at all.
A bit of advice to the rich these days. If you notice that people in your neighborhood are engaging in “French Revolution” reenactments…those might not be reenactments.
Keep the lear jet fueled.

Has anyone here NOT seen “Meet the Feebles?”

- A guy in the lobby significantly overestimating the pop culture relevance of “Meet the Feebles.”

Every time I try to not hate all things Harry Potter, something comes along…
A woman called you pretty. Perhaps while you figured out how to take it you could rest on your giant pile of money.
